These conditions govern any sale and reservation of tourist services operated by Petra magics through this website. Any reservation or request for one of the trips and tours offered on this website or any booking and purchase of a service appearing on it implies the acceptance by the buyer of these general conditions unless a particular term is applied and agreed upon by one of our tour consultants and sales agents. 

Booking a holiday with us

We know that planning your dream trip can become overwhelming with so many things to see, and if you go with friends, partners, family, or as a solo traveler, the only thing you want to do is enjoy! 

Just tell us where you want to go, including your choice of activities, experiences, accommodations, and dining options, and our expert will craft your perfect experience! We will create your dream vacation no matter how unique it is, and you will see that waiting for your vacation can be the most challenging part!

Supplying your data to us

The data you provided to our agency is fully protected. We accept receiving your personal information by WhatsApp and office work telephone numbers. Our tour consultant has the right to ask about some specific details required to make your reservation. That information included and was not limited to passport details, credit card information, email, mobile, job, and resident country. 

Destination Demand

Jordan is considered a sustainable country but not a mass tourist destination. It is a small geographical location with a high demand request and booking in March, April, May, September, October, November, and the End of December. It has a limited number of hotels, rooms, guides, and vehicles, especially in high season. With various attractions and places to visit, it has a round of 4 seasons a year, low, shoulder, thigh, and peak. Those seasons are different from one site to another. This makes the destination not available to book sometimes on high and peak seasons due to overbooking. We recommend that you check with us about the availability of services like hotels and guides in a high-demand period. We may need some days to confirm your booking in the peak period due to the high demand for services.

Reservations and Payments

When you make a reservation through Petra magics is travel agent, you agree to pay the deposit for the reservation, including any taxes and fees. Payment may be made by credit/debit card or other forms of payment accepted by Petra magics on the Payments page. The rest of the payment will be made at arrival.

After receiving your deposit payment, we will issue the final confirmation itinerary, which can

be sent to you via the form of communication which was used prior. 

Prices will be mainly declared in $ USD (US Dollars). We accept payment in JOD, USD, and Euro only.

Rules regarding payments for all customers:

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
All customers must be 18 or above to make a payment though our platform.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation may be subject to fees. Please review the cancellation policy before making a reservation.

We do not cancel guest service without prior notice. Canceling your reservation might come after a delay in payment request cut-off time or a force major situation like COVID-19, Weather Conditions, Safety, and flight change. We have the right to change the service in town with the same level in case of a better choice, due to force majors and availability issues.

Travel Insurance

Is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details. 

Changes to Reservations

Changes to reservations may be subject to fees and may not be possible in some instances. Please contact us for more information about changing a reservation.

Accuracy of Information

Petra Magics makes every effort to provide accurate information about travel providers and services but does not guarantee the accuracy of this information. Please review all information before making a reservation.

Limitation of Liability

Petra Magics shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from the use of our services or the reservation of travel services through our website.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Petra Magics reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes to these terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
