Introduction

At Petra Magics, we understand that plans can change. In the event that you need to cancel a reservation, please review our Cancellation Policy to understand the process and any associated fees.

Reservations and Payments

When you make a reservation through Petra Magics is travel agent, you agree to pay the deposit for the reservation, including any taxes and fees. Payment may be made by credit/debit card or other forms of payment accepted by Petra Magics on the Payments page. The rest of the payment will be done upon arrival.

After receiving your deposit payment, we will issue the final confirmation itinerary, which can be sent to you via the form of communication which was used prior. 

Prices will be mainly declared in $ USD (US Dollars). We accept payment in JOD, USD, and Euro only.

Cancellation

Cancellations are subject to fees. When the client and Petra Magics arrive at an agreement regarding the planned trip, the client accepts to pay a deposit fee for the trip. If there will be a case of cancellation from the client side, the client will have to take into consideration that the deposit is non-refundable.

We do not cancel guest service without prior notice. Canceling your reservation might come after a delay in payment request cut-off time or a force major situation like COVID-19, Weather Conditions, Safety, and flight change. We have the right to change the service in town with the same level in case of a better choice, due to force majors and availability issues.

We also understand that clients always wish and need to plan their best holiday. Therefore, our guests have the right to amend their booking at any time, considering the cancellation policy. An extra charge may apply based on guest requests.

Changes to Reservations

Changes to reservations may be subject to fees and may not be possible in some instances. Please contact us for more information about changing a reservation.

Travel Insurance

Is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details. 

Limitation of Liability

Petra Magics shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from the use of our services or the reservation of travel services through our website.
